Diana Wichtel
Diana Witchtel is an award winning writer and television critic with the New Zealand Listener. She received the 2016 Grimshaw Sargeson Fellowship, enabling her to write Driving to Treblinka: A Long Search for a Lost Father, about the impact of the Holocaust on her family. It won the Royal Society Te Apārangi Award for General Non-Fiction and the E.H. McCormick Best First Book General Non-Fiction at the 2018 Ockham New Zealand Book Awards.
